This was a very simple recipe discovered in the Dec. 2008 edition of Country home.
The recipe was actually pretty quick and worth the experimentation. I am a fan of lemon deserts, and jam filled goodies. What do you get when you combine the two? Perfection.
I find that when making sliced cookies, it's much easier to keep their shape by resting them in long glasses.
Then it's as simple as slicing, baking, and eating :)
